Hewlett Rand is the Founding Member of Tech West England Advocates Ltd, a not-for-profit organisation and a licensed branch of Global Tech Advocates. Since October 2022, Richard Lowe, Managing Director, Hewlett Rand became an appointed Director. We are one of thirty plus inclusive networks around the world with tens of thousands of Tech Entrepreneurs, Investors and Experts. Together we support Start Ups, Scale Ups and established Tech companies to connect across international Tech eco-systems.
Since 2013, Richard Lowe, Managing Director, Hewlett Rand has been a volunteer Director of Business Initiatives for Bristol & West of England China Bureau Ltd. The Bristol & West of England China Bureau is a growing network of regional professionals and businesses with an interest in China, building connectivity between our two countries. China is a huge and growing market and Richard works to strengthen relationships to expand West England’s connections with China, especially Southern China through our regional sister city relationships. Hewlett Rand established its first export client in Hong Kong during 2015. In 2019, Angela Tang joined Hewlett Rand’s as HR & Training Partner based between Hong Kong and mainland China, where we are cultivating our partnerships and client work delivering leadership and sales team skills training programmes in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
