This should not be a surprise; we were warned by The World Health Organisation of rising mental health issues and staff absence due to Covid.
We know from our mental health training work with organisations, that there has been increased anxiety, depression and other serious mental health conditions in their workplace over the last twelve months.
Mental health issues have been caused and exacerbated by the pandemic due to isolation, bereavement, financial worries, work related stress and job stability, to name a few.
